Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI—preferably focused on HR or workforce data.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and creating DAX measures.
Proven ability to analyze data using Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn).
Advanced Excel skills with deep knowledge of data functions, lookups, and automation tools.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a passion for data storytelling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines.
Familiarity with HR-related data sources (e.g., employee databases, recruitment systems).
Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP for data services.
Knowledge of workforce planning or predictive analytics in people data.
