like LinkedIn, indeed etc. Existing manual screening induces bias in the process. We
provide an AI solution that helps companies look for employees who can add value
immediately.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our
commercial sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will
develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, expand market
share, and build strong customer relationships in the Talent and Recruitment sector.
You will lead a team focused on enterprise market, targeting key business clients in
KSA, including large enterprises, government entities, and regional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive
growth in commercial lines.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals
and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and
partners.
Identify and capture new business opportunities across different sectors of the
Oil & Gas, Aviation and logistics, Healthcare etc
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction with service
delivery.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales activities with
business objectives.
Track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Required Skills:
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Talent, Logistics,
Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree highly
preferred).
Experience:
o Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role within the HR and Talent industry.
o Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets,
and managing sales teams in a highly competitive environment.
o Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation market in KSA and
the broader GCC region.
o Experience in B2B sales, including account management, relationship
building, and contract negotiation.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on
mentoring and developing sales teams.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Deep understanding of HR and talent management.
o Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track
performance and forecast results.
o Ability to create and execute a strategic sales plan that drives business
expansion and customer satisfaction.
