As part of our USA expansion strategy, we are looking for energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about SaaS sales, business development, and HR-Tech solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive with mandatory HR-Tech / Recruitment Technology sales experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling ATS, Recruitment Software, Talent Acquisition Platforms, HRMS, Workforce Management Solutions, or related SaaS products to HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Staffing stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth across the USA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Identify and engage potential clients within HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, and Workforce Management domains.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations of our AI-powered recruitment platform.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to opportunity qualification and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on HR-Tech, ATS, Recruitment Technology, AI Recruiting, and SaaS industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, HR-Tech Sales, ATS Sales, Recruitment Software Sales, HRMS Sales, or related technology solutions.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting software demonstrations and consultative sales discussions.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in SaaS Sales, CRM Platforms, Sales Enablement, or HR-Tech solutions will be an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

**Prior HR-Tech / Recruitment Technology Sales Experience is Mandatory**

• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience selling HR-Tech, ATS, Recruitment Software, Talent Acquisition Platforms, HRMS, Workforce Management Solutions, or related SaaS products.
• Experience working with USA-based clients and selling within the USA market.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition ecosystem.
• Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing B2B software sales opportunities.
• Valid US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or legally authorized to work in the USA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling ATS, Recruitment Software, HR Automation Platforms, Talent Intelligence Solutions, or AI-powered HR products.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
• Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
• Understanding of recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent acquisition operations.
• Experience selling SaaS products to HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CHROs, Recruitment Agencies, and Staffing Firms.
