💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, a good understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
• Perform manual testing of web applications and APIs
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Validate UI/UX elements and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and reports

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA (Automation)
• Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of database queries (SQL)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in SaaS or HR-Tech products
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of performance testing tools

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
